Bread Knife 25cmSlice your bread, don39t squash it. This attractive Kasumi bread knife has the sharpness to craft them into works of art. We have found this knife to be the best in its class for balance, sharpness, build quality and overall value for money. Kasumi knives use V Gold No 10 high carbon stainless. The blades are hardened to Rockwell C59 8211 60 and therefore, keep a sharper cutting edge longer than any other knives. Both sides of the knife are clad with Damascus Steel. The KASUMI pattern that you see on both sides of the knives is the result of repeated folding and forging of the fine stainless steel into multiple layers. These knives have to be seen to be believed, the patination on the blades is superb.
